So basically I'm having a bad day.
As much as I'd love to say that the rain is doing some strange wonder to my mood, the events for the most part seem challenge the soothing gloom of today's weather. But honestly my day hasn't been at all too bad, simply the current flow of events within the past 5 hours.
Actually, what mainly started my mood going a rye was me believing that I had work. It would be something else if I confused an early morning shift, like a 9 or a 10 am shift. I would have been fine with it all really because then it leaves me the rest of the day to just focus on myself and my tasks at hand. But nope, today my shift was a 5-close.
I feel like, I can't completely finish my personal things the best I can because I'm too focused on going to work later in the day. I'm sure, if I drove, such a thing wouldn't be too much of a bother to me. Especially because I wouldn't have to leave an hour or an hour and a half early to catch my bus to work. So now I'm on my way home, typing this portion of the blog on the bus.
Which brings me to my next random topic of the new Long Island buses. But not before I state;
How annoying this guy sitting next to me is because he smells like dirty hair and peed on cardboard. I think he just had a haircut..."
Anyways, about the new buses;
"Am I the only one who has trouble reading faced forward in a moving vehicle??"
Honestly I can't do so without getting a headache or any form of migraine or dizziness. But if i sit faced sideways, such as the middle seats of this old model bus I'm in, i can read just fine! Which brings me to my semi-rant of wishing the new LI buses actually made some sideways seats. Which makes me wonder now also, how do they fit the handicapped passengers in?
"Hrmm..."
-- Oh and also, one of the biggest design flaws I must rant about is honestly the windows. I don't understand why they must keep us trapped in a bus that I'd figure can carry much more bodies than the old models. The lack of access to the windows produces unnecessary amounts of body heat within the buses... There have been times where I'm stuck to deal witht he nauseating mugginess of these new buses.
Oh and I must interlude,
"Whatever this boy next to me is eating, smells soooo damn good. I'd look but I don't want to feel like a nosey, hungry bum. Which I probably am right now..."
Ugh anyways. As nice as the new Long Island buses may be, I say nay. Simply because the old models are just so much more comfortable and don't get too cold when they keep the air conditioner on. And for my own personal comfort of sideways seats which allows me to read throughout the duration of my trip.
Ugh that felt so damn good to finally let out!
So I guess I'll just head off to working on my stories.
